In 2020, Facepa was fully incorporated by Suzano S.A., meaning that, starting this year, its data will be reported as a consolidated part of the company's indicators, and not separately, as was previously done. 2.     When we look at overall numbers, although the total workforce experienced a 7.3% increase, the number of hours trained remained about the same, with a 0.2% change from 2019. This is largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, since, in order to preserve and ensure the safety of all employees, several programs and development activities were either suspended or had their hours reduced to accommodate the digital model.

    No information is available for 2019 and 2020 on the average number of hours of training received by employees by employment type, since this control is not performed.
